Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe) is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to join our Cloud Security team. You will design, implement, and automate AWS security solutions for customers, mentoring junior consultants and guiding security leadership through strategy and operations.

The role emphasizes complex, global customer engagements, security governance, and scalable cloud security architectures within a fast-paced environment. Strong cloud security expertise and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 5+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience.
• 3+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience.
• 5+ years of integration, testing and automation experience.
• Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical leader for customer engagements and/or the security workstreams of engagements, leading teams of consultants.
• Lead internal initiatives to deliver quantifiable impact
• Develop strategic relationships with internal and external leaders
• Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Enable and engage delivery partners in project delivery
• Provide mentorship and coaching to develop others
