Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant - Security within its ProServe team to design, implement, and manage tailored AWS solutions for customers. You will lead security-centric migration and deployment efforts, provide technical guidance, and mentor peers throughout project lifecycles.

The role emphasizes customer success, security best practices, and collaboration across stakeholders, with emphasis on AWS services, risk management, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 1+ years in advanced incident response to lead response efforts including leading detection and analysis efforts and managing eradication processes.
• 5+ years of experience with security services and best practices including: implementing security controls and optimizing security measures.
• 3+ years of scripting language, or 2+ years of customer facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
