Job summary
CenCore, LLC is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and operate a scalable, secure cloud platform for our enterprise SaaS offerings. You will own reliability, performance, and incident response across AWS-based infrastructure and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve deployment reliability.
You'll establish SLOs, monitor systems, harden security, and drive resilience through automation and best practices across IAM,
Qualifications
- Experience maintaining AWS-based cloud infrastructure for SaaS platforms.
- Experience operating Kubernetes environments, including Amazon EKS.
- Ability to design reliability, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve AWS cloud infrastructure for SaaS operations.
- Operate Kubernetes environments (Amazon EKS) and ensure scalability.
- Own platform reliability, availability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Design cloud networking, load balancing, and traffic management.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability.
- Document SLOs, incident response processes, and reliability best practices.
- Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to improve performance and deployment reliability.
- Apply IAM, secrets management, encryption, and access controls securely.
- Support production operations and participate in incident resolution.
