Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Contributor/Lead Software Engineer for an onsite contractor role in Alpharetta, GA. You will provide technical leadership, guide architecture, and contribute hands-on to a Digital Platform team delivering client-facing systems of engagement.

The role demands strong cloud, API, and microservices skills, with a track record of delivering scalable software and working across global teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack web application development with a proven track record of delivering well-architected software.
• 4+ years of cloud-native development experience on Azure and/or AWS; PaaS experience preferred.
• 4+ years of web and REST API development using ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with OIDC and OAuth2 for web authentication and authorization.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database platforms; MongoDB experience preferred.
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps preferred.
• Experience building event-based and microservice-style architectures.
• Experience with Git source control and Gitflow fundamentals.
• Experience contributing to automated test suites, including unit and integration tests.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models such as Kanban or Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical contributor and technical owner for one or more major sub-systems within the Digital Platform.
• Collaborate with business partners, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to understand strategic objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Provide technical leadership for design and development of custom product features on the Digital roadmap.
• Build engaging, performant, secure, and resilient applications and APIs.
• Design and/or redesign solution architecture to improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and resiliency.
• Develop high-quality, well-tested software aligned with engineering standards and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to automated testing through unit, integration, and functional test suites.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to other developers.
• Contribute to the evolution of platform architecture for greater flexibility and maintainability.
• Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams while operating as a senior individual contributor.
