Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure for a cybersecurity and data observability platform. The role emphasizes OCI, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD and DevSecOps across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will work with cloud security, observability, and highly available distributed systems, delivering scalable infrastructure and tooling while collaborating with cybersecurity, AI/ML, software

Qualifications

• Cloud infrastructure experience
• Containerization with Kubernetes
• Automation & scripting (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, Java)
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi
• DevOps, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
• Linux, networking and cloud security

Responsibilities

• Design and operate scalable infrastructure on OCI and On-prem environments.
• Build and manage Kubernetes-based production environments.
• Develop infrastructure as code using Pulumi, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Build and improve CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Implement cloud security, networking, monitoring and observability solutions.
• Improve platform reliability, availability, and performance, and automate deployments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, AI/ML, software engineering, and product teams.
