Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering or SRE roles supporting commercial SaaS products.
• Deep hands-on experience with Elastic Stack, including building dashboards and managing Fleet.
• Proven experience operating and troubleshooting distributed cloud workloads on Azure and/or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and build observability pipelines using Elastic Stack across Azure and AWS.
• Develop and maintain SLO/SLI dashboards for BaaS platform services.
• Respond to and lead incident response for distributed cloud workloads.
