Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a C2 Systems Platform and Infrastructure Engineer to lead a skilled team in modernizing IT infrastructure for DoD missions. You will design and deploy containerized platforms, enforce security hardening, and work across data centers, tactical edge, and cloud components.

You will apply Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps tooling, and Terraform/Ansible to deliver reliable, air‑gapped environments while maintaining strict security controls and DoD compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Kubernetes at production scale.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience implementing observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience in secure, air-gapped or DDIL environments.
• Ability to translate mission and reliability requirements into automated platform designs.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of cloud professionals and guide clients in modernizing IT infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and harden containerized foundations across data centers, edge, and cloud.
• Lead production systems with DoD‑relevant security standards and DevOps practices.
