Job summary

BOK Financial seeks an IT Engineer IV - Cloud Platform Solutions to lead cloud strategy and architecture. This senior-level role combines hands-on engineering expertise with architecture leadership, focusing on building and optimizing secure cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern application architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud architecture and platform strategy.
• Architect and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across AWS and/or Azure.
• Drive cloud enablement through reusable infrastructure patterns and self-service capabilities.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish and enforce cloud governance standards.
• Partner with teams to support cloud migration strategies.
• Implement observability practices, including monitoring and reliability engineering.
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
