Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronic Engineering with 6+ years of post-baccalaureate experience in OpenStack, Linux cloud environments, Kubernetes, Ansible, Python, Jenkins, Airship/Ceph.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and upgrade cloud infrastructure platforms and lifecycle procedures.
• Collaborate with customers on requirements, bugs, and SLA adherence with vendors and teams.
• Perform root cause analysis for outages and implement preventive changes.
• Coordinate with ATS and Operations for field issues and lab reproduction.
• Engage in design/development across new products/technologies, systems architecture, and security.
• Lead CI/CD activities in production on complex designs.
