You will shape the operating model, manage service delivery, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure security, compliance, and customer success.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT service delivery or cloud operations, ITIL 4, and hands-on leadership of managed services.

Qualifications

8+ years in IT service delivery, cloud operations, or managed services.
Experience leading managed services or support teams through growth or change.
ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent ITSM certification.
Experience engaging with customers on service performance and outcomes.
Ability to drive SLA/KPI performance and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

Own O&M service performance across Azure, M365, endpoint management and security.
Drive teams to meet SLAs, KPIs, and customer commitments.
Establish and enforce a repeatable operating model for incidents and changes.
Lead help desk operations, triage, routing, and backlog hygiene.
Monitor service health data and communicate operational risk to leadership.
Translate technical data into clear business risk and impact.
