For our client, we are seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will own the operational stability and performance of cloud environments, with a strong focus on AWS-based infrastructure and automation. You will lead monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis efforts to improve reliability and reduce downtime. The position also partners closely with managed service providers and internal stakeholders to strengthen operational execution, documentation, and continuous improvement across the environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
