8+ years of technical project management experience within enterprise IT environments.
7+ years focused on delivering projects around cloud operations, resilience, and observability.
Knowledge/exposure to AIOPS.
3+ years of experience with Azure or GCP platforms.
Previous experience working in managed service provider environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities
