Job summary

Alkira is seeking an Escalation Engineer to tackle high-priority customer issues in a full-time role within the US. You will collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to diagnose and resolve complex day-2 scenarios, ownership of root-cause analysis, and contribute to knowledge base content.

We value strong networking fundamentals, cloud networking experience, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years in technical support, design or implementation.
• Experience with cloud networking in AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own root cause analysis for critical customer problems and be the point of contact with Engineering and Customer Success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Identify bugs, reproduce and work with Engineers to fix and verify the fix.
