Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead network engineering for US-based remote environments, gathering client requirements, architecting solutions, and implementing them across diverse IT environments.

You will define client needs, manage complex projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure Microsoft technologies (Azure, 365, Teams) are deployed effectively while maintaining billable hours and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network consulting experience.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Certified in Microsoft Azure, Modern Workplace, and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, security, and enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

• Define client needs and architect network solutions.
• Lead discovery/diagnostic phases of projects and QA before release.
• Mentor Consultants and Associate Consultants on projects.
• Manage budgets and schedules to keep projects on track.
