S&P Global in Princeton, New Jersey is seeking a senior Cloud Network Engineer to own the enterprise GCP network architecture, design scalable VPC/shared VPCs, interconnects, and hybrid connectivity, while advancing security posture across cloud and data centers.

You will build Terraform modules, write Python/Ansible automation, manage Palo Alto VM-Series firewalls with Panorama, and contribute to policy-driven, observable network operations.

Competenze

• Proven experience (10+ years) in enterprise networking, incl. large-scale cloud environments.
• Hands-on Palo Alto VM-Series firewall design, deployment and centralized management.
• Deep GCP networking experience: VPC/Shared VPC, Interconnect, Router, NAT, DNS, Load Balancing, Private Service Connect.
• Production experience with infrastructure-as-code: Terraform and Python, with Git version control.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP/OSPF) and network security concepts.
• Experience with AWS/Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams; multi-priority management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Own the enterprise GCP network architecture and related services across multi-project environments.
• Build and maintain Terraform modules for GCP and multi-cloud provisioning; write Python/Ansible automation.
• Establish and operate CI/CD pipelines for network changes with policy-as-code checks.
• Design, deploy and operate Palo Alto VM-Series firewalls at scale with Panorama/SCM integration.
• Drive network segmentation and security posture across cloud, data center, and hybrid infra.
• Serve as senior technical authority for GCP networking and lead on-call rotations.
