Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in application architecture or enterprise modernization.
• Proven leadership across large-scale, distributed systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy and governance across modernization initiatives.
• Define scalable, cloud-native architectures using open-source tech and modern patterns.
• Guide legacy systems to microservices‑based, event‑driven platforms.
• Design APIs, messaging, and system‑of‑systems integrations with security in mind.
• Support DevSecOps through architecture enabling CI/CD and IaC.
