Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or a related area (minimum with option 2) is required or 6+ years with a relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and hands-on development of scalable, cloud-native, AI-powered platforms.
• Write production-quality code and implement complex, distributed systems.
• Own execution and architectural integrity of critical services aligned to domain strategy.
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD, reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Drive code reviews, incident resolution, and system performance optimization.
• Identify architectural bottlenecks and automate solutions to improve engineering velocity.
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership and engineering best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology decisions with business objectives.
