Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the AI Detection and Response (AIDR) Cloud team. You will architect and build the next generation of AIDR services that processes millions of events per second and manages petabytes of AI data for customers worldwide.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience building enterprise-grade products.
• 5+ years designing microservices in cloud-native environments.
• Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-native languages (Go, Python, Java).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly scalable microservices, frameworks, and platform components.
• Develop comprehensive tests focusing on reliability, accuracy, and performance.
• Conduct code and design reviews with emphasis on security and testability.
• Integrate with CrowdStrike ecosystem of services and APIs.
• Mentor teammates on secure coding, testing methodologies and cloud-native development.
