CrowdStrike is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer for its AI Detection and Response Cloud team. You will architect scalable microservices and platforms that process millions of events per second, while focusing on security, reliability and performance.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days on-site at posted locations, with opportunities to work across a global, mission-driven organization protecting customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience building enterprise-grade products.
• 5+ years of developing microservices in cloud-native environments.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Experience using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and cloud-native languages (Go, Python, Java).
• Proven use of AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly scalable microservices and platform components.
• Develop comprehensive tests focusing on reliability, performance and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough code and design reviews emphasizing security and testability.
• Integrate with CrowdStrike ecosystem and APIs.
