Job summary

A TEK, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Architect for Cloud Modernization to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This role involves guiding the transition of legacy platforms to a cloud-native architecture, utilizing AWS and modern technologies like PostgreSQL and React.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, hands-on knowledge in DevSecOps practices, and a strong understanding of cloud architectures. This is a hybrid position based in Rockville, Maryland.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise software solutions.
• 5+ years of experience architecting cloud solutions on AWS.
• Experience leading large-scale application modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of legacy applications to AWS.
• Define target-state architecture and technology standards.
• Mentor development teams and ensure best practices.
