Job summary

A-dec, a leader in dental technology in Newberg, OR, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our Azure and React Native team. You will drive development of digital applications, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support IoT devices and cloud-based services.

You will design, implement, and maintain software across platforms, ensuring quality and scalability while adhering to Agile practices and company values.

Qualifications

• Software engineering experience across multiple languages (C/C++, Python, TypeScript).
• Excellent written and oral communication, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with software configuration management tools.
• Experience delivering software using Agile processes.
• Experience with Linux or RTOS and UI frameworks/cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, troubleshoot, and debug software applications.
• Develop new solutions and study customer needs to guide design.
• Analyze issues and coordinate design reviews with peers and project leads.
• Organize data and prepare documentation for reviews.
• Thoroughly test software and coordinate verification tests.
• Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
