Qualifications

• Requires four years of college with coursework in software engineering, cloud computing, CS or related fields.
• Three years of technical leadership experience in systems integration and workflow automation.
• Three years SDLC experience with CI/CD and vendor coordination.
• Three years hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Power Platform and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for IDEC digital ecosystem ensuring ALM compliance.
• Translate requirements into technical stories, schemas, and specs.
• Design, develop, and deliver automated workflows, APIs, and secure integration pipelines.
• Lead vendor teams and provide coaching, code reviews, and milestone management.
• Stay current on cloud, AI, and modern digital services.
