Job summary
Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) seeks an Integration and Development Manager to lead IDEC digital ecosystem efforts. You will drive cloud-based integrations, automated workflows, and secure data pipelines while ensuring vendor delivery aligns with the DoIT ALM framework.
You will translate complex requirements into technical specs, supervise contractor teams, and maintain technical integrity across the ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Four years of college with coursework in software engineering, cloud computing, computer science or related fields.
- Three years of progressively responsible technical leadership in systems integration, workflow automation, and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Integration and Development Manager for DoIT/IDEC digital ecosystem.
- Lead design and implementation of automated workflows, APIs, and secure integration pipelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical user stories, schemas and specifications.
- Supervise vendor contractors and provide coaching and delivery oversight.
