Job summary

USM Technology is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and deliver advanced infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and Azure initiatives, networking, security, virtualization, and business continuity projects for client environments. Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure, systems, cloud, or consulting experience.
• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven ability to design and implement complete technology solutions.
• Advanced experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Advanced experience with Azure infrastructure.
• Advanced experience with VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
• Advanced experience with networking, firewalls, VPNs, and security technologies.
• Advanced experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, scope, and implement infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and business continuity solutions.
• Lead technical delivery of projects from discovery through implementation and documentation.
• Conduct client-facing design sessions and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure all solutions align with USM standards and best practices.
