Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior Manager, Cloud & Infrastructure Platforms to lead cloud strategy, platform operations, and infrastructure modernisation. You will own Azure foundations, govern AWS/hybrid environments, and guide a team delivering secure, scalable cloud services.

Focus on reliability, automation, cost optimisation, security, and Microsoft 365 services while partnering with architecture, security, data, and application teams.

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
Strong expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
Working knowledge of AWS and hybrid cloud environments.
Experience with Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CI/CD, monitoring, and automation.

Responsibilities

Define and execute cloud and infrastructure platform strategy.
Lead Azure platform engineering and governance across a multi-cloud environment.
Own Microsoft 365 and Entra ID platform operations and standards.
Drive infrastructure modernisation, automation, and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
Improve platform reliability, security, operational performance, and cost efficiency.
Communicate platform roadmaps, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders.
