Job summary

Platform Science is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join the CloudOps team. You will own multi-account AWS Landing Zone, extend governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and build self-service, IaC-driven infrastructure with Terraform/Terragrunt.

You’ll collaborate with Security, FinOps, and Engineering to improve reliability and security while enabling rapid product delivery. Advanced English and strong cloud engineering experience are required in a fast-paced multi-cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Infrastructure or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on AWS or major public cloud.
• 1+ years IaC experience (Terraform/Terragrunt).
• Experience operating AWS at organizational scale (Organizations, multi-account, Control Tower).
• Production experience with Azure or GCP beyond a single workload.
• Designing reusable IaC modules and patterns.
• IAM/SSO, least-privilege access models.
• Cloud networking fundamentals (VPC/VNet, DNS, routing).
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins or similar.
• Scripting in Python/Go/Bash.
• Linux fundamentals and Kubernetes knowledge.
• AI coding agents or AI-assisted tools usage.
• Ability to own complex infrastructure projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication, English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-account AWS Landing Zone and governance.
• Extend cloud governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Improve identity and access management with SSO/SAML.
• Design cloud networking architectures and DNS.
• Build self-service infra using Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Develop CI/CD automation for cloud infra.
• Collaborate with Security, FinOps, and Engineering.
• Mentor engineers and drive automation adoption.
