Job summary
Findhelp is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure to lead self-service infrastructure initiatives and automation across our cloud environments. You will design scalable IaC using Terraform, maintain robust monitoring, and ensure high availability for our SaaS platform.
You will mentor engineers and collaborate with multiple teams to drive reliable deployments. The role is based on-site in Austin, TX or Madison, WI, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional leadership and
Qualifications
- Eight+ years in cloud-based SaaS environments
- Experience designing/maintaining cloud infra with IaC
- Experience with GCP and Terraform OSS preferred
- Experience designing/maintaining cloud networking, Cloudflare Workers preferred
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve infrastructure-as-code for cloud projects
- Ensure service availability via sustainable on-call rotation
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting improvements
- Collaborate across teams to ship reliable software and tooling
- Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions
