Job summary

Abaxx Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and run cloud infrastructure across AWS services, AI infra, and identity tooling.

You will ensure reliability, security, and scalability while partnering with software teams to keep infrastructure in sync with multi-product platform growth. The role demands deep hands-on experience with production cloud environments, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering or DevOps experience in production cloud environments.
• Hands-on AWS, ECS, Kubernetes, Docker management in production scale.
• Experience with DNS, load balancers, TLS, and cloud networking configurations.
• Strong Linux administration and performance tuning.
• Terraform, CI/CD automation, and observability tooling experience.
• Security best practices in cloud-native setups, including IAM and secrets.
• Ability to communicate risk clearly to engineering and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with reliability and security.
• Manage container orchestration across ECS and Kubernetes and scaling.
• Build and maintain CI/CD systems using GitHub Actions and IaC tooling.
• Handle networking, DNS, TLS, load balancing, and security configs.
• Support deployment workflows across multiple apps and services.
• Develop observability via logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Collaborate with software teams on deployment architecture and ops troubleshooting.
• Own scalability, disaster recovery, and readiness planning.
• Contribute to IaC initiatives with Terraform for reproducible environments.
• Participate in security hardening, patching, and compliance practices.
• Assist with incident response and root-cause analysis.
