You’ll partner with architecture and engineering teams to deliver solutions from design to optimization, drive infrastructure standards, and lead DR, security, and observability initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise infrastructure environments.
• BS in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• Cloud, networking, and platform certifications a plus.
• Strong cloud, virtualization, networking, and operations skills.
• Experience with automation and IaC solutions.
• Scripting with Python or PowerShell.
• APIs and modern automation frameworks experience.
• Familiar with AI platforms and intelligent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support cloud and on‑prem infrastructure.
• Build and maintain enterprise systems, cloud services, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering across lifecycle.
• Develop infrastructure standards, policies, and best practices.
• Design and test backup and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Monitor health, performance, and security using metrics.
• Support on-call rotations and Eastern Time business hours.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges with stakeholders.
