Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Implementation Specialist for our cloud delivery team, delivering cloud-based safety solutions to public sector customers. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to evaluate readiness, streamline legacy workflows, and ensure enterprise units are prepared to maximize cloud-native environments.

You should have 4+ years in business operations, project management, and cloud implementation in Enterprise/Public Safety, plus knowledge of Java/C++ and VMware.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cloud implementation at enterprise/public safety/government settings.
• Understanding of public safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Ability to work independently and with teams; strong problem solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud deployment projects from planning to activation and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to drive success.
• Install, configure SaaS solutions and provide training to users.
• Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications throughout the project.
