• Security operations background and SIEM tooling knowledge.
• Travel up to 30% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide execution of Datadog implementations, including requirements gathering and architecture.
• Lead customer onboarding through co-development sessions and assist roadblocks.
• Write automation and deployment templates architecture.
• Manage operation of implementation projects.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, TAM, and Sales for onboarding experience.
