Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead customer-facing cloud identity services.

You will define product requirements and shape the strategy, balancing business needs with technical constraints while guiding the full product lifecycle from concept to GTM. Ideally you bring 5+ years in technical product management, experience with large-scale SaaS/PaaS/LaaS, and strong AI/ML understanding.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required to start.
• 5+ years of Technical Product Manager experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products end-to-end (concept through GTM).
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements for customer-facing cloud identity services.
• Set business strategy and prioritize roadmap trade-offs.
• Synthesize customer requirements from developers, cloud architects, security engineers, and data administrators.
• Communicate to Dept of State executive leadership.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage risk and escalations, balancing business needs against technical constraints.
