Job summary

Jobtailor in Washington, DC is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise access control modernization through automation, AI‑assisted analysis, and entitlement analytics across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will design cloud permission models and implement RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, while leading SoD controls in large financial services settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or cloud security.
• Experience with industry standards related to SoD (ISO, NIST, FFIEC, COBIT, CSA).
• Experience implementing RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, JIT, Runtime and cloud access control frameworks in large financial services.
• Experience designing and managing Cloud Permission Models & Entitlement Analytics across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Architecture, Engineering, Cloud Security, and Business stakeholders.
• Experience using analytics, automation, and process optimization to improve security outcomes.
• Experience implementing Automation, AI-Enabled Solutions & Workflow Optimization.
• Scripting in Python, R, SQL and industry tools (Wiz, Bloodhound, Splunk, Tableau, PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IAM transformation initiatives across cloud environments.
• Define entitlements analytics and RBAC/ABAC/PBAC strategies.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, cloud security, and business stakeholders.
• Translate access control concepts into actionable business outcomes for executives.
• Drive adoption of modern access models and SoD controls across on‑premise and cloud platforms.
