Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure leader to bridge cloud strategy with hands-on execution for multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will optimize large commercial cloud footprints and design cloud operating models, not just migrations.

The role requires deep expertise across AWS, Azure and GCP, IaC and CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud cost governance, and AI-enabled delivery. You will guide senior client teams, lead migration roadmaps, and travel up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of cloud infrastructure leadership in consulting or advisory delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise migration programs (500+ workloads).
• Deep understanding of security requirements in regulated environments and cloud cost governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical advisor on cloud strategy and hybrid infrastructure engagements.
• Lead workload rationalization assessments across rehosting, replatforming, refactoring or retirement.
• Design hybrid/multi-cloud target architectures across environments.
• Develop cloud migration roadmaps with decommission gating for on-premises retirement.
• Advise on cloud vendor strategy including multi-vendor approaches and contract terms.
• Support practice development through training, content creation, and people development.
