Job summary
Accenture is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Platforms SDM (Cloud & Hybrid) – Senior Manager for our Tampa office. You will lead engineering and support teams, ensure SLAs, security, and ongoing improvement while balancing delivery, people leadership, client management, and governance.
The role requires 8+ years in tech, cloud platforms (Azure), ITIL, SDLC, DevOps, and strong communication with executives; relocation not required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of technical skills and admin experience in the focus area.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; at least 6 years if Associate degree.
- Experience in cloud, ITIL, and DevOps is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of managed services engagements.
- Ensure SLA, KPI compliance and manage incidents, problems, changes and releases.
- Lead architecture reviews, drive automation and cloud adoption.
- Govern governance meetings, service reviews, and executive reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement and financial/resource management.
