Job summary
SHI International Corp. seeks a Principal Architect – Cloud Foundation to lead enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization using VMware Cloud Foundation and related cloud technologies.
You will drive post-sales architecture, governance, and secure design across SDDC, cloud management, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes in a remote role. Responsibilities include SME leadership, solution delivery, presales collaboration, and mentoring other architects while delivering upgrade services in customer
Qualifications
- 7+ years of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions architecture and implementation experience.
- Experience delivering large IT projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of DevOps governance and security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and delivery for VMware Cloud Foundation projects.
- Serve as SME within the Cloud Foundation domain.
- Provide architecture leadership for SDDC, cloud management, and CI/CD tooling.
- Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages and automation.
- Mentor and develop other architects and consultants.
- Partner with sales/presales to scope and close professional services.
- Deliver upgrade and implementation services in customer environments.
