Oatey Company is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive design, development, and support of cloud-native applications that align with enterprise architecture. This senior role leads technical direction, collaborates with analysts, architects, and stakeholders, and mentors developers across projects.

You'll oversee development quality, security considerations, and DevSecOps practices while shaping the cloud roadmap and standards within SAP environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design, development, and implementation of cloud-based apps and integrations.
• 3+ years of technical project leadership including mentoring and governance.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js; frontend basics.

Responsibilities

• Design, estimate, develop, test, and deploy cloud-native apps and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architecture guidance.
• Mentor developers and coordinate work with teams and consultants.
• Support deployments and post-implementation maintenance and optimization.
