Qualifications

• Designing and developing enterprise-grade software applications.
• System architecture and scalable solutions.
• Leading complex technical projects or modules.
• Defining deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Managing technical risks and escalations.
• Working on high-complexity and high-volume systems.
• Delivering innovative technical solutions; and
• Test planning and automation including unit, regression, integration and UAT.

Responsabilités

• Translate business/product requirements into technical designs and scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams for feasibility, compliance, and release readiness.
• Review and guide design documents to conform with architectural guidelines, security, and performance standards.
• Mentor, coach, and elevate junior developers and peers for a high-performing culture.
• Monitor architecture risks, estimate technical effort for business cases, and shape the product backlog.
• Champion agile development practices, architecture governance, and quality-by-design.
• Develop, test, deploy, deliver, and maintain applications that meet business objectives and user needs.
• Optimize software delivery with automated testing at multiple levels.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications for performance and security.
