Job summary

CloudZero is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager in Irvine to drive cost intelligence conversations and guide customers on AI ROI journeys. You will leverage data analysis, BI dashboards, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes for cloud spend optimization.

You will mentor TAMs, manage executive relationships, and champion customer outcomes across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience consulting on cloud services across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Experience in a Technical Account Manager, DevOps, or related B2B SaaS role.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, transformative workplace.
• Strong coaching, feedback, and mentorship mindset.
• Ability to educate and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and drive strategic customer initiatives and address ad hoc requests.
• Mentor and train fellow TAMs for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across customer personas and senior management.
• Communicate value, monitor KPIs, and conduct executive business reviews.
• Act as customer advocate across product, engineering, and GTM teams; drive cross-functional initiatives.
