Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer to deliver scalable cloud solutions for a intelligence client. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship, with hybrid work options available in St. Louis, MO or Springfield, VA.

You will automate deployments, manage multi-cloud components (AWS, OpenShift) and implement secure, cost-efficient infrastructure. On-call support and collaboration with A&A teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship required: Yes; TS/SCI clearance currently possessed or obtainable.
• Knowledge of cloud operations, security, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve build and deployment processes using CI/CD to automate deployments.
• Integrate with enterprise authentication services.
• Maintain and enhance infrastructure, autoscaling, and security patches.
• Monitor logs, performance, and security incidents.
• Drive security initiatives and access control.
• Collaborate with A&A teams and Scrum teams; participate in on-call support.
