Job summary

Astemo Americas, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and operate a scalable automotive-grade cloud infrastructure platform enabling SDV architecture, OTA rollout, and data services.

The role spans AWS/Azure/GCP, edge compute, and DevSecOps with a focus on security and regulatory compliance. The candidate will collaborate with US and Japan teams, lead secure OTA processes, and contribute to RFQ work while ensuring ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434 alignment.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in cloud engineering.
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, REST/gRPC APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-region, highly available cloud infrastructure for OTA backend services.
• Architect and operate secure OTA campaign management platform with signing pipelines.
• Build DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines for backend microservices and data pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 24089, UNECE R156, and ISO 26262.
• Support customer workshops and RFQ technical responses.
