Job summary
Infios is seeking a highly experienced Cloud Engineer to join the Global SaaS Operations team. The role focuses on ensuring availability, resilience, security, and performance of Infios cloud solutions across OCI, AWS, and Azure.
You will design, optimize, and guide automation, lead architecture decisions, and collaborate with security, product development, and enterprise architecture teams globally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across OCI, AWS, and Azure.
- Lead cloud architecture decisions, review technical designs, and provide senior-level support for complex infrastructure and L2 to L4 incidents.
- Manage infrastructure lifecycles, including network components, upgrades, patching, migrations, CI/CD activities, and the implementation of new cloud features.
- Monitor cloud resources for performance, security, and cost, and use regular analysis to improve service reliability and efficiency.
- Develop automation that reduces manual maintenance, while documenting cloud configurations, processes, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
