Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Cloud Application Enablement Engineer to help scale and secure Schwab’s multi-cloud strategy. You will design, implement, and operate infrastructure as code using Terraform, enable cloud-native deployments, and collaborate with Architecture, Security, and SRE teams to deliver reliable cloud services.

You will work in a hybrid environment, partnering with development teams to drive secure, scalable cloud solutions and optimize operational workflows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public cloud infrastructure and design.
• Experience in infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Experience with cloud networking, identity management, storage, compute, and monitoring.
• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and ITIL operations.
• Experience with secure design principles and cloud security products.
• Experience enabling cloud-native deployments with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Enable and support enterprise cloud apps across multiple cloud environments.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and SRE teams.
• Drive secure, scalable cloud solutions and automation.
• Provide self-service cloud capabilities and platform governance.
