Docebo is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer I to own and evolve our AWS infrastructure, delivering scalable, secure cloud platforms that empower engineering teams and millions of learners worldwide.

You will implement IaC, fortify security posture with FedRAMP configurations, and mentor junior engineers while optimizing performance and costs. Docebo supports a hybrid work approach and offers a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Future: Own and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure end-to-end for high availability and scale.
• Automate Everything: Build IaC templates and automation workflows to reduce manual toil.
• Fortify the Platform: Maintain security posture with FedRAMP configurations and patch management.
• Partner for Impact: Collaborate with Engineering to launch services and handle incidents.
• Optimize and Observe: Use Datadog to monitor performance and drive cost optimization.
• Level Up the Team: Mentor junior Cloud Engineers through code/design reviews.
