Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Cloud Engineer III to design, implement, and scale cloud-based infrastructure for federal civilian clients. You will work within a remote-enabled culture, shaping secure, resilient cloud solutions in Cloud.gov and Azure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet mission needs.

The role emphasizes automation, security, and scalable operations, backed by a strong DevOps mindset and customer-focused delivery in a federal context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Cloud.gov, Azure).
• Expert knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security measures.
• Expert knowledge in infrastructure as code tools, notably Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain federal Public Trust.
