Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in production‑level cloud engineering, DevOps, or system administration configurations.
• Cloud Ecosystems: Hands‑on experience deploying, monitoring, and managing production workloads in a major public cloud (AWS or GCP).
• Application Stack: Proficiency with Node.js and scripting (Python or Bash).
• Automation Tools: Terraform IaC and version control workflows.
• Containers & Microservices: Docker and Kubernetes familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure solutions across enterprise cloud environments.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain robust IaC scripts using Terraform to ensure consistent and automated environment provisioning.
• CI/CD Automation: Build, optimize, and manage deployment pipelines to support rapid, continuous integration and delivery for engineering teams.
• Backend Integration: Support application development and environments working closely with microservices and serverless components, with a strong focus on Node.js runtimes.
• Observability & Reliability: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Audit cloud resource utilization to proactively implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing performance.
