Paragon Alpha - Hedge Fund Talent Business is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale a best-in-class cloud platform. You will work closely with traders and developers to translate business needs into reliable infrastructure in a production setting.

Ownership spans AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible and Linux, with emphasis on performance, reliability, and business impact. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where uptime and quick recovery are critical.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across AWS and core cloud infrastructure.
• Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Experience supporting production systems under pressure.
• A track record of taking infrastructure projects from conception through to production.
• The ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to understand the business logic behind technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with traders and development teams to translate business needs into scalable infrastructure.
• Owns cloud infrastructure across AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible and Linux.
• Manage production-grade infrastructure in a high-pressure, production environment.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security while supporting business objectives.
