Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Application Cloud Engineer to maintain and enhance AWS‑based applications and infrastructure. You will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure scalability, performance, and security across prod deployments.

The role requires 8+ years-related IT experience, deep AWS and Kubernetes expertise, and a willingness to work on a W2 basis with a strong benefits package. Remote work available for a US citizen or GC holder.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong hands‑on AWS with cloud deployment strategies.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform.
• Manage EKS clusters, upgrades, and node groups.
• Configure VPC networking, security groups, and ingress for Kubernetes services.
