Job summary

Red Cell Partners is seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer for a remote, senior-level role in the United States. You will administer AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365/Entra ID, take end-to-end ownership of the identity and infrastructure plane, and drive IaC, automation, and security across the environment.

The role requires 5+ years in systems administration or cloud operations, hands-on AWS/Azure, and Terraform experience. Competitive salary and a fully remote setup are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration, cloud operations, or infrastructure engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on administering AWS in production, including VM, networking, and IAM.
• 2+ years administering a Microsoft 365 tenant — Entra ID, Exchange Online, licensing, and lifecycle.
• Hands-on Terraform automation and IaC experience across AWS and Azure.
• US Citizenship and the ability to work within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Administer AWS and Azure environments, including VM, networking, and storage across providers.
• Own the Microsoft 365 tenant end to end: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, licensing.
• Design and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform across AWS and Azure.
• Automate operational workflows with PowerShell, Bash, and Python; integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain security baselines, audit-ready documentation, and compliance alignment.
