Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects within AWS ProServe.

You will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive successful implementations for clients and align technical work with business outcomes. You will validate solutions against goals, manage risks, and communicate effectively to both technical and business audiences while pursuing AWS certifications and domain expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 5+ years delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.
• Experience managing technical projects with 8+ people and budgets over $1,000,000.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• 2+ years of leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning with AWS services and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and map to customer outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into deliverable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards.
